return / refund policy

Goods once sold will not be returned. However in case of a query being raised on the quantity or quality ordered, our executives based on the validity and circumstances of the situation will initiate a replacement or refund.

In case of a return, the goods must not be used and must be in good condition (Damaged items will not be considered for return/ refund). In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, customers are requested to notify us promptly. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received.

In case of a refund, the process will be initiated within a period of 7 days from the date of receiving a query.
