Heat butter over medium heat in a large saucepan or dutch oven. Add onions and slowly cook until golden, about 20 minutes. This is an important flavour-building step, don’t rush it!
Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Stir in garam masala, chilli powder, cinnamon and salt. Add tomatoes and almonds.
Then carefully puree using an immersion blender. (Do it in batches to avoid any blunder)
Add a little butter and pour this sauce into the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Gently stir in now add the Adya Dairy’s Fresh Malai Paneer and cook until heated through for about 2 minutes. Then add heavy whipping cream and cook until the oil gets separated.
Garnish with coriander & almonds and serve hot!
